Acting Regional Heads are a separate issue in the organization of the 2024 Elections. Alleged violations of neutrality committed by Acting Regional Heads have allegedly caused the failure of the State to guarantee equality for each contestant.
On the other hand, Acting Regional Heads are elected without a transparent, participatory, and accountable process. This has the potential to eliminate the accountability of the Acting Head and can result in public policies that ignore marginalized groups. To evaluate some of these matters, Perludem, which is a member of the ASPIRASI Coalition, intends to organize a discussion entitled, “Reflection on the Results of Monitoring the Performance and Neutrality of Acting Regional Heads in the 2024 Elections”, which will be held on:
