The Constitutional Court on Thursday-Saturday, March 21-23, 2024 has opened the registration time for disputes over the 2024 election results. In the monitoring of the Perludem team, as of Sunday, March 24, 2024, at least 269 PHPU Petition Cases in the 2024 Election have been registered with the Constitutional Court.
With a fairly short time, what are the notes and findings from the reading of the Constitutional Court’s APPP data, how and where are the distribution of PHPU in the 2024 Election to which parties have filed a lawsuit to the Constitutional Court.
