Perludem developed this social audit monitoring guidebook with the hope that this guidebook can strengthen public control so that the formulation of policies issued by officials can continue to pay attention to public participation and of course without leaving marginalized groups such as disabilities, poor urban groups, indigenous peoples, and communities affected by the issuance of a policy.
